Patrick Christopher

Patrick Christopher has extensive work experience in various roles within the real estate and development fields. Patrick began their career as an intern at the Office of Management and Finance for the City of Portland in 2006. In 2007, they worked as an Acquisitions Coordinator at Holland Partners, where they assisted in the acquisition of multi-family apartment communities in the Western United States. In 2008, they joined the Port of Portland as an Associate Planner. Patrick then transitioned to the role of Property Manager in 2011 and later became a Business Development Manager in 2014. Throughout their career, Patrick has gained valuable skills in market analysis, property management, and contract negotiations.

Patrick Christopher has a diverse education history. Patrick obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from Portland State University, specializing in Public Administration, from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they completed a Real Estate Development Certificate program at the same university, with a focus on Real Estate Finance and Land Use Planning, from 2005 to 2006.

Prior to their graduate studies, Patrick Christopher completed their Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oregon from 2000 to 2004. Patrick pursued a multidisciplinary curriculum, which included Business Administration, Planning Public Poly Management, and Political Science.

In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the 360 Leadership Training certification from Promega LLC in May 2015.
