Scott Kilgo has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Scott started their career as an Aircraft Mechanic in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 1992. Scott then served as a Safety Officer/Building Manager and a Budget Administrator/Resource Advisor in the Air Force until 1995.

From 1995 to 1997, they worked as an Aviation Property Assistant for the Sacramento County Department of Aviation, where they performed property leasing and administration duties. Scott then moved on to the Kent County Department of Aeronautics, where they served as an Aviation Properties Administrator from 1997 to 2000. In this role, they established standardized processes for property management, leasing, and tenant interaction.

In 2000, they joined the Port of Seattle as a Senior Property Manager, handling rental cars, terminal concessions, cargo facilities, and a golf course. Scott successfully facilitated the development of a letter of intent for a rental car facility and planned the solicitation for concessions leasing projects.

Following their stint at the Port of Seattle, Kilgo worked at the Port of Portland from 2001 to 2015. Scott held various roles, including Concessions Market Development Project Manager, Senior Manager Concessions Development, and Commercial Development Airside Leasing Manager. During this time, they led the development and implementation of strategies for rental car, retail, news, food, and passenger service concessions, resulting in increased revenue and improved customer experience.

In 2011, Kilgo served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lewis & Clark Montessori Charter School. Scott played a significant role in the school's growth, completing a strategic plan, relocating to larger facilities, updating organizational bylaws and fiscal policies, and increasing the student population.

Overall, Kilgo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective relationship building, strategic planning, and expertise in property management and real estate transactions.

Scott Kilgo attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Business Administration. Their field of study focused on Aviation Management and Business.
