Travis G.

Travis G. has had an extensive work history with a focus on finance and management. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Bonneville Power Administration until 2008. Travis then moved on to Con Edison as an Electric Rate Analyst from 2010 to 2011. Travis joined Moody's Investors Service in 2011 as an Analyst and remained there until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at EBMUD, initially as a Principal Management Analyst and later as a Debt Manager. In 2017, Travis took on the role of Chair at the Revenue Bond Oversight Committee of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission until 2020. Travis also served as a Director on the Utility District Credit Union Board of Directors from 2019 to 2020. Travis was a Member of the City of Oakland Budget Advisory Commission from 2019 to 2020. Travis'smost recent position is at Port of Portland, where they held the role of Debt, Cash, and Investments Manager from 2020 to 2023, and currently serves as the Director of Capital Finance and Treasury.
