Miriam Maes

Miriam Maes is an experienced leader in energy transition and corporate governance, currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Council at DTEK since April 2024. As the Founder and Chairman of the Energy Transition Forum since May 2012, Miriam has played a pivotal role in advancing dialogue on climate and energy issues. With a strong background in board governance, Miriam has held various non-executive director positions including roles at ERAMET, Assystem, and URENCO, among others. Miriam's expertise extends to her ownership of Foresee Climate Change Consulting Company and her previous leadership at the Port of Rotterdam and ELIA Group. Educational credentials include a degree from Nyenrode Business University obtained between 1974 and 1977.
