Piet Louwen has extensive experience in civil engineering and management, notably serving at the Port of Rotterdam since April 1989. In addition to a long tenure at the port, Piet Louwen worked as a Beheerder at Gemeentewerken Rotterdam from 1990 to 1992. Educationally, Piet Louwen earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Hoge School Rotterdam, completing studies between 1997 and 2003.
