Abraham Pineda

Abraham Pineda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Abraham began their career at the City of Los Angeles as a Lifeguard from June 2005 to August 2007. Following this, they worked as an English Sports Camp Counselor at Camp Adventure Child and Youth Services in July 2011. Abraham then served as a School Age Kids Counselor at the same organization from December 2011 to January 2012. In June 2012, Abraham worked as a Water Safety Swim Instructor at Camp Adventure Child and Youth Services.

Moving on, Abraham joined San Diego State University where they held the position of Front Desk Assistant from October 2007 to October 2012 in the Exercise and Nutritional Sciences department. Additionally, they were a Resident Advisor from August 2008 to July 2009, providing peer assistance and performing administrative duties.

Abraham's most recent employment was at the Port of San Diego, starting as an Engineering & Construction Intern in November 2012. Abraham then advanced to the role of G.I.S. Analyst and Project Manager in December 2013, where they managed various Capital Improvement Projects and successfully handled Direct Negotiated Projects. Abraham was later promoted to the position of Assistant Engineer in July 2017 and currently holds the role of Capital Project Manager since November 2021, specializing in project design development and implementation.

Abraham Pineda began their education in 2007 at San Diego State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Transportation in the field of Civil Engineering. Abraham also concurrently pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language at the same institution. Their studies at San Diego State University lasted until 2013.

In 2011, Abraham Pineda briefly attended the University of Northern Iowa as a student of General Studies. Their enrollment at the University of Northern Iowa concluded in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Abraham Pineda also acquired several certifications. Prior to these certifications, in April 2011, they obtained a certification as a Water Safety Instructor from the American Red Cross.
