Richard Zinne Msis Csmpo

Richard Zinne has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Richard began their career in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman before transitioning into the private sector. Richard served in leadership roles such as Director Mapping Services at National Decision Systems and Director Information Systems at Equifax National Decision Systems. Richard also held positions including Director Affiliate Services at Vista Environmental, Vice President Business Development at Health Demographics, and Director Data Warehousing and Market Research at Mail Boxes Etc. Richard then worked as the Director Product Development at Verance Corporation and later as the Project Management and Operations Director at PCServiceNet. Richard also worked as an Associate Faculty at University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Systems Analyst / IT Project Management at the Port of San Diego. Richard has a diverse skill set, including certifications in MSIS, PMP, CSM, and CSPO.
