Stephanie Bauer

Stephanie Bauer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stephanie currently works as a Program Manager at the Port of San Diego since January 2022. In this role, they manage multiple projects to achieve compliance with regional, state, and federal regulations, specifically focusing on stormwater programs and special studies. Previously, they held the position of Senior Environmental Specialist at the Port of San Diego from July 2015 to January 2022, where they implemented stormwater program components and led cross-functional teams to address water quality improvement plans, marine terminals stormwater programs, and state-wide trash amendments. Prior to that, Stephanie was an Associate Environmental Specialist at the Port of San Diego from September 2007 to July 2015, where they implemented various components of the stormwater program and oversaw research and grant-funded programs to transition to non-copper hull paints. Before joining the Port of San Diego, Stephanie was the Owner/Manager of Fire & Ice Coffee from November 2002 to January 2007.
