Charles Labitan

CHARLES Labitan is an experienced professional in business development and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Business Development and Marketing at the Port of San Francisco since June 2022. Prior to this role, CHARLES has been a self-employed contractor since February 2019, advising companies on port-related business strategies.
