Cathy Vue

Cathy Vue, MPH, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Community Investments Program Manager at the Port of Seattle since April 2024. Prior to this role, Cathy spent nearly six years at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services as the Program Manager for the Office of Refugee and Immigrant Assistance, reporting directly to the Administrator. With a background that also includes managing programs and projects at Asian Services In Action, Inc. (ASIA) and working as an Emergency Preparedness/Health Educator at the Monroe County Health Department, Cathy has demonstrated a strong commitment to public health initiatives, particularly those impacting Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. Educationally, Cathy holds a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on Epidemiology and Global Health from the Northwest Ohio Consortium for Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from The University of Toledo.
