Darlesa Cahoon

Darlesa Cahoon is an experienced learning and development professional with over a decade of expertise in instructional design and employee experience management. Currently serving as Interim Assistant Director for Aviation Employee Experience and Learning at the Port of Seattle, Darlesa has held multiple roles within the organization, including Manager of Airport Customer Service Learning & Recognition and Sr. Learning Experience Designer. Prior to rejoining the Port of Seattle in 2007, Darlesa worked as Training & Development Manager at Columbia Distributing, where leadership was demonstrated in enhancing performance and talent development through comprehensive training programs. Darlesa's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Learning Technology from the University of Colorado Denver, a Certificate in E-Learning Design & Development from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Antioch University Seattle.
