David Tomporowski, C.M., AICP, currently serves as the Transportation Access Program Manager for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at the Port of Seattle, where responsibilities include managing the Ground Transportation Access Plan. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Planner for Transportation and Special Projects at the City of SeaTac, overseeing significant transportation planning studies and the development of a capital transportation program. David has also held positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Washington, as well as various roles within the Minnesota Department of Transportation focusing on freight and rail planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography/Urban Studies from Macalester College.
