Delmas Whittaker

Delmas Whittaker, MAOL, CM, is an accomplished Chief Operations Officer for the Maritime Division at the Port of Seattle, a position held since August 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing maritime operations to promote financial sustainability, environmental stewardship, and equity. Whittaker has managed various roles within the Port of Seattle, including Director of Marine Maintenance and Senior Manager for Fishing and Commercial Vessel Services, as well as gaining valuable experience as a Real Estate Broker at Real Estate Connexion. Prior military service includes a role as Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy, specializing as a Surface Ordnance Officer. Delmas Whittaker holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from UMass Global and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Law and Justice from Central Washington University, among other educational qualifications.
