Elhadji Sambe

Elhadji Sambe, C.M., ACE, currently serves as the Airport Duty Manager at the Port of Seattle since March 2018, overseeing airport operations and emergency management. Previously, Elhadji held various roles at the Port, including Airport Operations Specialist and Senior Airport Operations Controller, where responsibilities included monitoring critical radio frequencies and operating the Sea-Tac Airport Satellite Transit System. Elhadji’s experience also encompasses roles at Bombardier Transportation and Gateway Group One, focusing on rail operations and customer service, respectively. Elhadji has interned with the Port Authority of NY & NJ in aviation management and has academic credentials including a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Finance from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Farmingdale State College.
