Jon Sloan

Jon Sloan has extensive experience in environmental management and sustainability, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Environmental Programs at the Port of Seattle since October 2008. In addition to this role, Jon has held positions such as Interim Director of Maritime Environment & Sustainability and Sr. Manager of Permitting & Compliance. Prior to his tenure at the Port of Seattle, Jon worked as Sr. Ecologist for King County, WA, and held roles as Project Manager and Sr. Scientist at Atkins. Earlier experience includes serving as a Biologist for the Suquamish Tribe and as a Scientist at Atkins. Jon holds a degree from the University of Central Florida, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
