Kris Butros

Kris Butros, PMP, CMP, is a seasoned project controls professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various organizations. Currently the Company Owner of Project Controls Collab since January 2023, Kris has been serving as the Project Controls Manager at the Port of Seattle since August 2017, overseeing a team managing a portfolio of approximately 130 projects valued at $9 billion. Previous roles include Project Controls Manager at the City of Seattle Public Utilities, where a Project Controls office was built for 100 projects totaling $1.2 billion, and various positions at the Washington State Department of Transportation, focusing on high-speed rail project administration and reporting. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Washington State University.
