Linda Nelson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in aviation and real estate financial management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Aviation Finance & Budget at the Port of Seattle since April 2006, Linda leads a team responsible for the annual budget process, financial performance reporting, and forecasting for Sea-Tac Airport. Previous roles include Manager of Aviation Finance & Budget and Manager of Seaport Finance & Budget at the Port of Seattle, where Linda provided critical financial support for various divisions. Before joining the Port, Linda held the position of Controller at First Western Development Services, overseeing comprehensive accounting functions for a large commercial real estate portfolio, and was the Accounting Manager at Vulcan, Inc., managing real estate accounting for multiple legal entities. Linda holds a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University.
