Marie Quasius

Marie Quasius is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Port Counsel at the Port of Seattle since May 2019, specializing in land use, permitting, and environmental review. Prior to this role, Marie worked at K&L Gates from January 2010 to April 2019 as an Associate focused on Environmental Law and Natural Resources, following a Summer Associate position at the same firm in 2008. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate role at Halleland Lewis Nilan & Johnson in 2007. Marie holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health from the University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Michigan.
