Megan O'Connor, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Design Services at the Port of Seattle since July 2018, following roles as Senior Civil Engineer and Design Engineer. Prior to this, Megan worked at PND Engineers, Inc. from April 2014 to July 2018 as a Senior Engineer, specializing in stormwater systems, road alignment, utility design, and construction management. Earlier experience at Kiewit from May 2010 to April 2014 included positions as Planning Engineer, Lead Field Engineer, and Estimation Engineer, primarily on the Kearl Oil Sands Project. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, completed in 2011, and began studies at Western Washington University from 2006 to 2008.
