Tania Tam P.

Tania Tam P. currently serves as the EDI Systems Change Manager at the Port of Seattle, focusing on embedding equity within the organization through a systems perspective. Previously, Tania worked as the Equity & Engagement Manager at the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency, where responsibilities included advancing equity goals and managing a skilled team. Tania's experience also extends to roles such as Environmental Justice Coordinator, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at the National Outdoor Leadership School, and Folk & Traditional Arts Consultant at the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Tania's educational background includes an M.A. in Humanities from the University of Chicago and a B.Mus. in Performance & Ethnomusicology from Northwestern University, as well as executive education in Persuasion from Columbia Business School.
