Rachel Clark has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rachel started their career as a Data Management Specialist at SAIC in 2006, where they were responsible for programming using Macromedia Flash and managing multimedia projects. In 2008, they joined Williams Brothers HealthCare Pharmacy as an Application Support Specialist, where they coordinated information systems operations and served as the primary contact for software issues. In 2012, Rachel transitioned to the Port of Tacoma, first working as an IT Support Specialist, providing technical support to internal and external customers. Rachel then became a Network Infrastructure Engineer, assisting in the development, operations, and maintenance of network systems. Rachel's work history showcases their strong technical skills and expertise in various areas of IT.

Rachel Clark attended North Daviess JR SR High School in Elnora, Indiana from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained their diploma. In 2002, they enrolled at Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Rachel completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Programming in 2005. Additionally, Rachel earned another Associates Degree in Computer Science from Vincennes University.

Later, in 2013, Rachel attended Grantham University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Rachel completed their studies in 2014.

Rachel also obtained a certification in Cisco CCNA from Cisco in March 2018.
