Joe Wardle

Joe Wardle has extensive experience in maritime operations, beginning at the Port of Tyne in September 1977 and continuing through to the present role as Assistant Operations Manager-Vessels, where coordination of all vessel operations occurs. Previous positions include Assistant Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations of bulk and conventional cargo, and Senior Cargo Supervisor, responsible for supervising stevedoring operations. Joe also has experience as a Cargo Supervisor, Gottwald & Liebherr Crane Operator, and Container Vessel Bay Planner, working primarily with K-Line and Feederlink vessels. Joe held positions as Control Room Monitor and Plant Operator, Engineering Storekeeper, and retired in March 2020. Education was completed at Bearwood College from 1971 to 1977.
