Marcel Johnson, CEcD has a vast and extensive background in business development, economic development, and communications. With experience at various organizations such as Port San Antonio and The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Marcel has held titles such as SVP, Talent and Technology Scouting and Identification, Vice President, Business Development, and AmeriCorps Program Director. Marcel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of the Incarnate Word.
