Caity McGinley has a diverse work experience in the field of education and behavioral analysis. Caity started their career as a Special Education Instructional Assistant at SADDLEBACK VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT in 2007 and worked there until 2014. In 2010, they joined Novata CARES as a Training Coordinator and stayed with the company until 2015. McGinley then worked at Behavioral Concepts LLC as a Program Supervisor from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Campus Behavior-Analytics at Port View Preparatory since November 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Clinical Classroom Support Supervisor at the same company from 2016 to 2021.
Caity McGinley has a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis. Caity completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton in 2010. Following that, they pursued their BCaBA Coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology, which was completed by 2013. Caity then went on to earn a Master of Education (M. Ed) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, which was completed in 2018.
In terms of certifications, Caity obtained their Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in September 2014. Caity later achieved their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the same institution in August 2019. Overall, Caity's education history and certifications reflect their dedication to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
