Alexander Palasek

Alexander Palasek is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law, health technology, and startups. Currently serving as Sr. Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Hero since August 2020 and operating as Owner of Alexander C. Palasek, Esq., PLLC since March 2020, Alexander has also held several roles including Counsel at TeleHealth Solution™ and various positions at Call9, where responsibilities included Corporate Secretary and Legal Officer. Alexander's legal career began with experience as an Associate Attorney at Simmons Jannace DeLuca, LLP and Weg & Myers, following a legal internship at the Connecticut State’s Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Alexander has a long-standing commitment to community service as a Firefighter/EMT-CC with the Port Washington Fire Department since December 2006. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and English from Ursinus College.
