Nicholas Cangemi possesses extensive experience in public safety and management, currently serving as Pool Operator and Manager at The Village Club of Sands Point since 2009, where responsibilities include managing staff, creating work schedules, and overseeing training. Additionally, Cangemi has been a Certified Volunteer Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician with the Port Washington Fire Department since April 2008, engaging in firefighting duties, equipment maintenance, and community service. Prior experience includes a role as a Certified Lifeguard with the Town of North Hempstead from May 2007 to October 2008, ensuring safety at the pool facility. Cangemi holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Hofstra University, awarded in 2013.

Although the equipment, methodology, and training has changed one very important part of this equation has remained--ITS MEMBERSHIP.
