Kim Showalter

Kim Showalter has had a diverse work experience. In 2019, they began working at Port53 as an Enterprise Security Account Executive, and then moved up to Senior Security Account Executive and Security Account Executive, before becoming a Sales Development Representative. From 2017 to 2019, Kim worked at College Works Painting, first as a Branch Manager and then as a District Manager. In their role as District Manager, they recruited and trained a team of branch managers from the University of California, Davis and Sacramento State University, mentoring them and developing their entrepreneurial mindset and management skills. As a Branch Manager, Kim successfully started and ran a local house painting business with revenues exceeding $91,000, completing the business with a 100% client satisfaction rate and securing a promotion to become a District Manager. Kim also hired and managed eleven employees to meet and/or beat budgets.
