Irving la Cruz

Irving La Cruz is an experienced real estate advisor and technical building manager, currently serving at Provincie Flevoland since July 2021. Concurrently, Irving also works as a building planner and inspector at Afdeling Bouw en woningtoezicht gemeente Heemstede and has been with Portaal since September 1998, holding roles as a project manager and site supervisor for planned maintenance. Previously, Irving was involved in the maintenance and management of judicial buildings at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf from 1993 to 1998. Formal education includes a degree in Construction Engineering from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag, along with specialized training in concrete oversight and design.
