Jerry de Zwart

Jerry de Zwart is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Since October 2008, Jerry has held various roles at Portaal, including Projectmanager, Technisch projectcoördinator, and Projectleider, currently focusing on real estate projects. During a detachment from Portaal, Jerry served as Projectleider planmatig onderhoud at Reinaerde from June 2014 to March 2015, overseeing maintenance planning. Further, Jerry has managed sloop and asbestsanering projects at Lakenplein in Leiden from 2014 to the present. Prior experience includes project leadership roles at USG Innotiv and Continu Engineering. Jerry's educational background includes certifications in asbestos expertise and project management from institutions such as NTI, IVE, and ROC Scutos.
