Marc Zevenboom

Marc Zevenboom is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as Riskmanager at Portaal since January 2020, where responsibilities include developing and implementing risk policies and frameworks. Prior to Portaal, Marc held the position of Senior Consultant at IMPROVEN from February 2013 to January 2020, specializing in governance, risk, internal audit, and compliance. Marc also worked as a Consultant at ConQuaestor and as Senior Staff and Staff at Ernst & Young from September 2001 to March 2010, focusing on financial audits and compliance controls. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University and a BSc in Accountancy from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Marc gained international experience through a round trip in Southeast Asia in 2010.
