Darren Z. Ready

Darren Z. Ready is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Corporate Secretary at Portable Electric. Darren has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Loop Energy Inc. from January 2016 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at Perceptronix Medical Inc. from October 2005 to September 2013.

Mr. Ready has over 15 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Darren is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and received their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Darren Z. Ready has a Certified Managment Accountant (CMA) and a BComm from the University of Victoria in International Business.

Darren Z. Ready reports to Scott Hardy, CEO & Director. They work with Jordan Cowan - VP, Operations, Mark Rabin - Founder, Chief Visionary Officer & Director, and Allen Upward - Lead Engineer.
