Alex Romano

Alex Romano is an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Platform at Portable since May 2025, Romano previously held the position of Sports and Entertainment Lead at Carbon Arc, where focus was on delivering insights through alternative data. Prior roles include Analytics Architect at Salesforce and Principal Consultant at Slalom, where Romano contributed to the Global Salesforce Analytics team in driving delivery excellence and market enablement. Additional experience includes serving as Partner - Analytics at Zinc Partners LLC, specializing in data strategy and analytics consulting. Alex Romano holds a Master of Science in Information Systems, Analytics, and Business Intelligence from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Purdue University.
