Alfredo Volio

Alfredo Volio has a diverse work experience ranging from military service to project management in the real estate industry. Alfredo started their career as a Platoon Leader in the US Army in 2006. From there, they worked as a Project Engineer at Genesis Desarrolladores from 2007 to 2009, and then at Portafolio Inmobiliario from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Alfredo had an Operations MBA Internship at Amazon.com. Following that, they served as the Operations Manager at Securitas from 2012 to 2013. Since 2013, Alfredo has been with Portafolio Inmobiliario, holding various roles including Project Manager, Asset Management Director, and currently, the Managing Director.

Alfredo Volio obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2007. Alfredo further pursued their education and received an MBA from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completing the program between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Finanzas para no Financistas" from INCAE Business School in 2007 and the "YPO Harvard Real Estate Program" from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2022.
