Currently serving as a Product Manager (CRM) at Portage CyberTech since December 2022, Lilley has previously held roles as Product Manager & Customer Success at 1CRM Systems Corp. and as a Senior Sales Executive at Pentagon Group. Additional experience includes a Store Manager position at Bedmart, where operational management was key, and a Sales Manager role at Beds Direct, focused on business development and staff management. Early career foundations were established at Next Group PLC as a Sales Assistant.
