Cody Mazanek

Cody Mazanek is a Service and Support Administrator at Summit DD since June 2020, specializing in assisting youth and families in identifying essential services and developing Individual Service Plans to promote their well-being and inclusion. With experience as a board member at Portage Learning Centers, Cody also served as a Kinship Care Coordinator at Portage County Child Protective Services, where responsibilities included investigating placements and supporting kinship providers. Previous roles include Child Advocate at Family and Community Services, First Grade Teacher at Akron Prep School, and various teaching and administrative positions in early childhood education. Cody holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Education from Kent State University.
