Erin Jones

Erin Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erin is currently serving as the Managing Director & COO at Portage Point Partners, a business advisory and financial services firm. Prior to this role, they held the position of Managing Director & Head of People at the same company.

Before joining Portage Point Partners, Erin worked at sr4 Partners as a Principal and Consultant, where they focused on helping organizations cultivate healthy leaders, cohesive teams, thriving cultures, and inclusive change.

Before transitioning to their current career path, Erin worked as a Paralegal at Hawbecker & Garver, LLC, where they managed real estate transactions and handled firm accounting and office management.

Erin Jones obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Policy & Latin American Studies from Tulane University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Erin then pursued a Master's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies at Northeastern Illinois University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have earned several certifications including Denison from Denison Consulting in March 2015, Change Management from Prosci in January 2015, CQ Certified from Change Catalysts in June 2014, and FourSight Certified from FourSight in October 2013.
