Tom Studebaker

Tom Studebaker has extensive experience in turnaround and restructuring services. Tom currently serves as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Turnaround & Restructuring at Portage Point Partners. Prior to joining Portage Point Partners in 2023, Studebaker worked at AlixPartners LLP for 15 years, where they held the position of Partner & Managing Director in the Turnaround and Restructuring Services department. Before that, they worked at UHY Advisors as a Senior Manager in 2007 and at Scouler Andrews LLC as a Consultant from 2006 to 2007. Studebaker began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from 2000 to 2004.

Tom Studebaker completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame between 1996 and 2000. Their high school education was completed at Regis Jesuit High School from 1992 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Tom Studebaker holds certifications in the field. Tom is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), obtained from the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the State of Massachusetts.
