Sammi Stevens

Sammi Stevens is the current Business Manager at PORTAGE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. Sammi has previous experience working as a Graduate Hall Director and Resident Assistant at Defiance College. In their role as Graduate Hall Director, they oversaw a residence hall for first-year students and was responsible for the safety of the students. Sammi was also responsible for training and mentoring undergraduate resident assistants. As a Resident Assistant, they were responsible for assisting residents with class assignments and maintaining office hours.

Sammi Stevens has a Master of Business Administration from The Defiance College, a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Defiance College, and a High School Diploma from Mattawan High School. Sammi Stevens is also certified from Michigan School Business Officials in School Payroll Specialist.

Sammi Stevens reports to Paula Johnson, Director of Finance. They work with Ali Chaney - Accounting Officer, Amanda Howard - Purchasing Agent, and Mary Caswell - Accounting Officer.
