Greg Mills

Greg Mills has extensive experience in the financial and corporate sectors, serving as an Independent Director at both Frontier Lithium and NEO Exchange since 2021, while also holding the position of Chairman of the Board at SUNDIAL GROWERS INC since July 2019. Mills has acted as a Capital Markets Advisor for Portag3 Ventures since January 2019 and was a Board Member at Rise Life Sciences for a period in 2018-2019. From 2013 to 2018, Mills was the Chairman of the Board at Aequitas Innovations and led Global Equities at RBC Capital Markets for two decades until July 2018. Additionally, Mills served on the Board of RBC USA Holdco Corporation until mid-2018. Academically, Mills completed a degree in Geology at the University of Windsor and participated in an Artificial Intelligence Lab program at MIT Sloan School of Management focused on AI Implications for Business Strategy in 2018.
