Sahil Khatod

Sahil Khatod is a Principal at Portage Capital Solutions and Portage SPAC. He is based in New York, United States.

Prior to joining Portage, Sahil was an investment banker at Ardea Partners, a boutique investment bank based in New York and founded by former senior Goldman Sachs partners. At Ardea, Sahil advised both incumbents pursuing large-cap M&A transactions, primarily in the financial services sector (e.g., advised XL Group on their sale to AXA), as well as growth stage technology companies raising capital or pursuing strategic alternatives.

Sahil began his career as an Investment Associate at Bridgewater Associates where he worked as a global macro investor in the research department.

Sahil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, from which he graduated in 2014 with honors.
