Stephan Klee

Stephan Klee is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Sagard Holdings and is based in New York. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for SoFi’s Banking Division, which was created through the merger of Zenbanx Holding and SoFi, two of the world’s leading Financial Technology companies. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer of ING Bank in both the United States as well as Canada. Stephan currently serves on the Board of Coastal Bancorp (Nasdaq: CCB) and is the chairman of their Audit and Compensation Committees.

Stephan holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Applied Sciences Osnabruck and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also an AMP graduate from the Harvard Business School. Stephan is a certified public accountant (CPA).
