Heather Jarrett

Heather Jarrett is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Capability at Portakabin, a modular and offsite construction specialist. Prior to this role, Heather held positions at Astellas Pharma Inc. as Senior Manager Global L&D, where efforts were focused on a strategic approach for over 15,000 employees, and at OVO as People Development and Learning Interim. As the Director/Owner of Cedars Development Consultancy, Heather specialized in L&D transformation and tech-enabled learning cultures. Heather's career also includes significant experience at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in various roles, culminating as Group L&D Director, and early roles at IBM and BT, where expertise in sales and leadership development was established. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of the West of England.
