Pedro Barros Lourenço

Pedro Barros Lourenço is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in consumer advocacy and business leadership. As the Founder and Board Member of Complaints Book by Consumers Trust and Libro de Quejas by Consumers Trust since September 2019, as well as the CEO & Founder of Consumers Trust launched in November 2019, Pedro has developed innovative consumer complaints management solutions. Pedro is also a Co-Founder of RéclameICI (2021) and CS Club (2020-2021) and served as an European Consumer Rights Ambassador for the European Commission from August 2019 to August 2020, promoting consumer rights awareness. Additionally, Pedro founded the Portal da Queixa, the largest online consumer social network in Portugal, in June 2009, and led Megaklique from December 2008 to July 2020.
