Jessica Portalatin is the Owner and Founder of PORTALATIN LAW FIRM, a trademark and business law firm established in April 2017, which assists foreign and domestic business owners in expanding operations in the US. Prior experience includes an Associate Attorney role at EPGD Business Law, focusing on diverse areas of business law from January 2016 to April 2017, and an Attorney position at Special Counsel for document review in civil litigation. Jessica's legal journey began with law clerk positions at DLD Lawyers and Del Pino Law Firm, along with experience as a Student Attorney in an immigration clinic and as a certified legal intern for CABA Pro Bono Project. Jessica's legal education includes a Juris Doctor obtained from Florida International University College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Florida International University College of Business.
