Denise Pripas

Denise Pripas is a seasoned professional in the fields of physiotherapy and Pilates, with over a decade of experience. As the owner, physiotherapist, and Pilates instructor at ZUZ - Fisioterapia e Pilates since July 2015, Denise has built a clinic specializing in physiotherapy, Pilates, postural assessment, and aesthetics. Denise has also served as an instructor for the Pilates Postura Funcional training course and workshops since August 2013. Additional roles include being a columnist for Portal Educação since August 2012 and practicing physiotherapy since January 2010 across various settings, specializing in neurological, orthopedic, rheumatological, dermatofunctional, and postural areas. Denise has held multiple instructive and leadership positions in Pilates and rehabilitation at several organizations, including Ready4 and the Centro de Reabilitação em Osteopatia. Denise holds degrees in physiotherapy from the Universidade de São Paulo and the Universidade Cidade de São Paulo, with advanced training in rehabilitation and exercise physiology.
