David Portas

David Portas is the managing partner at Portas Consulting, a position they have held since 2006. Prior to that, they were a partner at McKinsey & Co from 1994 to 2006, where they led strategy, organisation and performance improvement work for global clients in multiple sectors including Energy, Public Sector and Sport. From 1984 to 1994, Portas worked at BP as an exploration and production geologist.

Portas received their MBA from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and their BSc in Geology from the University of Bristol.
