Saidja Drentje

Saidja has over 15 years of experience in advising clients both in the public and the private sector having previously held leadership roles at McKinsey, Mercer, the World Bank and the United Nations.

Prior to joining Portas, he gained sports industry experience as the CSO of the Magic Bus Foundation, as advisor to sports infrastructure projects and as founder of a sports club.

Saidja holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from Columbia University.

He has a particular interest in the Middle East having lived in the region since 2007.
