The Recruitment Team at Portbase is responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support the company's mission of making the Dutch ports the most innovative and efficient in Europe. Comprising a Senior Corporate Recruiter, a temporary AI Recruiter via Salento, and a Campus/Corporate Recruiter, the team focuses on sourcing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience to bring onboard professionals who can drive digital innovation within the port community.
