Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith is an experienced leader in the packaging and printing industry with a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality management. Currently serving as Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader at Portco Packaging since January 2018, Benjamin previously held the position of CI Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC. Between June 2007 and January 2016, Benjamin directed quality and regulatory compliance at Rose City Printing & Packaging, overseeing environmental management and engineering for multiple locations. Additional roles include Plant Manager at Altivity Packaging, Converting Manager at Smurfit Stone, Process Improvement Manager at Smurfit-Stone, and Maintenance and Facilities Manager at Smurfit-Stone, building a comprehensive skill set in operational management and process optimization over a career spanning multiple organizations.
