Nancy Tousignant, CRHA, currently serves as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Kimpex Inc. since March 2017, where responsibilities include strategic human resources planning, managing labor relations activities, and leading HR projects within the Soucy group. Previously, Nancy held the position of Responsable ressources humaines at Soucy and worked at PRINOTH in various roles related to human resources management and occupational health and safety from 2001 to 2015. Early career experiences included roles in personnel placement and human resources consulting at multiple organizations, culminating in a strong foundation in labour relations and talent management. Nancy Tousignant holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval, a Certificate in Administration from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, and a D.E.C. in Human Sciences (Psychology) from Cégep de Shawinigan.
